A NEET UG 2026 candidate has approached the Delhi High Court, alleging irregularities in the National Testing Agency’s (NTA) evaluation and score publication process. The candidate claims that his score on the NTA portal changed three times within 24 hours after the results were declared. According to the petition, the marks reportedly moved from 650 to 500 and then to 135. The candidate alleges that these changes indicate discrepancies in the way the results were processed or updated.
In the petition, the candidate seeks verification of the original OMR answer sheet and related records, arguing that the portal score alterations require review. Both reports describe the same core allegation: that the candidate’s score displayed on the NTA portal was not stable immediately after the result announcement.
The court is expected to take up the matter soon, with the petition asking for scrutiny of the underlying documentation tied to the evaluation and scoring of the candidate’s exam materials.
