Paramount and Legendary release a new “special look” teaser for the upcoming live-action Street Fighter film. The clip focuses on a fight between Ryu, played by Andrew Koji, and Blanka, played by Jason Momoa, with M. Bison, portrayed by Dustin Dalmachian, also appearing. The teaser highlights Blanka’s signature electric attacks and staged action beats drawn from the video game series, including electrocution-style visuals, a cannonball roll sequence, and a dropkick. It also briefly shows Ryu using a Hadouken fireball as the preview ends.

The film is set in 1993 and follows characters including Ken (Noah Centineo), Chun-Li (Callina Lung), and Ryu as they participate in the World Warrior Tournament organized by Bison. The broader cast includes additional Street Fighter characters such as Akuma, Dhalsim, Cammy, Vega, E. Honda, and Zangief.

One source reports the teaser includes cameo appearances tied to the fighting game community, featuring Maximillian Dood, Justin Wong, and Yipes. Release is scheduled for October 2026, with one listed date of October 14, 2026 and another of October 16, 2026.
