A Bengaluru woman says she was harassed by a Zepto delivery partner who repeatedly requested entry into her home. According to her account, the delivery agent kept asking to come inside for a short time, and she refused his requests for water and entry. She alleges he repeatedly rang the doorbell and banged on the gate after she declined. The woman posted a video of the incident and urged Zepto to investigate, stating she felt frightened by the person’s persistence. Two reports also say Zepto had issued a restraining order against the driver, which prevents him from coming near her home, and that the company terminated his ID. The Times of India report adds that the woman questioned Zepto’s complaint system and pressed the company to take action after the incident.
