Shree Cement reports its consolidated financial results for the first quarter of FY27, showing a decline in profit while revenue increases. Net profit after tax for the quarter ended 30 June 2026 falls 17.5% year-on-year to ₹531.12 crore, compared with ₹643.66 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal year. Revenue from operations rises to ₹6,233.13 crore, up 17.9% from ₹5,280.88 crore in Q1 FY26. Total consolidated income increases to ₹6,444.84 crore, up 16.8% from ₹5,516.11 crore.

The company’s expenses for the quarter amount to ₹5,703.75 crore, up 22.7% year-on-year. EBITDA decreases by 5.3% to ₹1,483.91 crore from ₹1,567.83 crore. Profit before tax declines 14.8% to ₹741.09 crore from ₹868.49 crore, and earnings per share fall to ₹146.67 from ₹178.12. On a quarter-on-quarter basis versus the quarter ended 31 March 2026, net profit decreases by 3.1% while revenue from operations rises 2.16%.
