The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) arrests two suspects in connection with the murder of Chandranath Rath, an aide to Suvendu Adhikari. According to reports, the CBI detains brothers Sagar and Sahib Sonkar, alleging they are linked to Rath’s killing. The murder takes place in West Bengal, with NDTV reporting that Rath is shot dead in Madhyamgram in North 24 Parganas district on the evening of May 6 as he is returning home.
