Warner Music Group says CFO and COO Armin Zerza is stepping down after about a year in the role. The company names Louis Dickler, its chief accounting officer, as acting interim CFO while it searches for a permanent replacement. Separate leadership changes also accompany Zerza’s departure. Tom Corson, Warner Records co-chairman and COO, is promoted to succeed Zerza as COO, according to both reports. The transitions reflect a broader c-suite shake-up at Warner Music. Zerza’s exit follows his relatively short tenure since joining the executive team. Corson continues to hold a senior position at Warner Records before moving into the COO role at Warner Music Group, while Dickler takes on interim financial leadership. Warner Music does not indicate that Dickler will be the permanent CFO, and the reports say the company is conducting a label search for a long-term successor. Both outlets frame the move as an internal reallocation of responsibilities pending appointment of a new CFO, with Dickler serving in the meantime.
