Bengaluru-based real estate developer Assetz Ltd has filed preliminary IPO documents with India’s markets regulator SEBI through the confidential (pre-filing) route, according to a public notice and IPO tracker reporting. The company submits a pre-filed draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) to SEBI and the stock exchanges regarding a proposed equity IPO on the main board. The planned offering size is reported to be around Rs 1,200 crore, which would mark Assetz’s public-market debut.

Under the confidential pre-filing process, the draft offer documents are kept out of the public domain during the initial regulatory review stage, so details such as the offer structure, financial performance, valuation, and the expected listing timeline are not available at this stage. Reported information also indicates that JM Financial, BofA Securities India, and Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors are the book-running lead managers.

Assetz is described as a fast-growing residential developer with Singapore-based AGP Partners identified as a key shareholder in the company.
