GACM Technologies Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Meridian Intelligence Private Limited for software development projects. The partnership is valued at ₹15 crore and is set to remain valid until September 30, 2028. The MoU establishes a framework for the two companies to explore and carry out technology projects over the period, with individual specific software assignments expected to be taken up later through separate binding agreements.
GACM says the collaboration is intended to strengthen its software development capabilities and expand its technology services. The company expects the partnership to support the development of scalable software solutions, improve its market presence, and create long-term revenue opportunities. Management also frames the MoU as part of a broader growth strategy focused on technology and digital solutions, emphasizing delivery of reliable and scalable technology products.
The announcement follows reported improvements in GACM’s financial performance in FY26, including higher consolidated revenue and net profit compared with the prior year, which the company attributes to stronger business momentum and disciplined execution.
