Kalyan Jewellers India Limited reports higher consolidated earnings for the quarter ended 30 June 2026. The company posts consolidated net profit of ₹348.67 crore, up 31.04% from ₹266.08 crore in the year-ago quarter. Total consolidated income increases to ₹1,064.47 crore, compared with ₹731.47 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year. Revenue from operations also rises to ₹1,058.89 crore, while NDTV reports revenue of about ₹10,589 crore for the quarter, describing a year-on-year increase of roughly 46%.
Alongside revenue growth, costs move up. Total expenses for the quarter are ₹1,017.98 crore, up from ₹696.18 crore a year earlier, including higher employee benefits expense of ₹315.42 crore versus ₹209.56 crore. Other income is ₹55.74 crore. The company records total tax expense of ₹116.15 crore, comprising ₹49.14 crore current tax and ₹67.02 crore deferred tax. Consolidated earnings per share rise to ₹3.36 from ₹2.56 in the same quarter last year. The unaudited results are reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board on 4 August 2026, with a limited review by Walker Chandiok & Co LLP.
