A 21-year-old woman, Tan Xin Yi, is ordered to undergo reformative training for at least a year after being caught twice with Kpods within about one and a half months. According to reports, Tan was found with a Kpod at Club Poseidon, located in Excelsior Shopping Centre. The first incident occurs in August 2025, and the second occurs in September 2025, both at the same club. After the second offence, she receives the reformative training sentence. Both outlets state that Tan is 21 years old and that the two cases involve the same kind of device and the same venue. The reports do not indicate that the incidents involve different locations or that her case includes additional offences beyond the two times she is caught with a Kpod. Tan’s reformative training is set to last at least one year.
