MHADA to hold computerized lottery for 2,640 Mumbai flats on August 6

The inventory comprises newly constructed homes, flats received from developers under Development Control Regulations (DCR) 33(5) and 33(7), and unsold units from previous schemes where waiting lists had lapsed.Applications for the lottery were invited through an advertisement published on March 30, 2026, with the application window closing on May 28, 2026.
