Tencent is expanding its overseas rollout of its flagship AI model Hy3, making it available to global developers, enterprises, and users. Multiple outlets report that Tencent releases Hy3 to international users through its workplace agentic tool WorkBuddy, its creation studio Tencent Design Miora, and its model platform TokenHub. The company presents the rollout as integrating Hy3 into products used for day-to-day workflows, including work assistance and content or design-related creation, while also supporting access via cloud and platform services. TechNode and the PR Newswire release both state that Hy3 is offered free of charge for a limited time, with access running until 31 August 2026 (Pacific Time noted by TechNode). Tencent also describes the model as co-designed with Tencent products and strengthened through real-world use, framing Hy3’s capabilities in terms of reasoning and agent-style functions. The reports place the move in the context of Chinese AI vendors increasing international competition against major global AI providers.
