Agarwal Toughened Glass India Limited reports that its revenue from operations in the June quarter of FY27 is about ₹34.40 crore, up 22.86% quarter-on-quarter from about ₹28 crore. The company attributes the increase to demand for architectural, infrastructure and value-added glass products. It says its order book stands at about ₹55 crore as of June 30, 2026, supported by projects across hospitality, shopping malls, educational institutions, airports and real estate. Among the orders, the company secured roughly ₹6.11 crore worth of double-glazed glass for mall projects, covering 12,850 square metres, with expected completion by March 2027. Capacity utilisation is reported at around 57% for the quarter.

The company also outlines plans to prioritize higher-value products such as insulated glass units, double-glazed units, laminated glass and jumbo glass, including expansion of triple-laminated safety glass for building façades and infrastructure. It completed a capital-raising exercise during the quarter, including a preferential issue of ₹68.04 crore via equity shares and convertible warrants, and an additional ₹18.01 crore through equity allotment, to support capital expenditure, working capital and general corporate needs. The company says statutory quarterly results will be announced later as per SEBI requirements.
