Daniel Bwala, a Special Adviser to President Bola Tinubu on Policy Communication, challenges former Minister of Transportation Rotimi Amaechi to disclose the content of an alleged private discussion between them. The dispute follows an interview Amaechi gave on Channels TV, where he referenced a confidential call or conversation that occurred after Bwala left former Vice President Atiku Abubakar. Amaechi said Bwala told him something he did not reveal to Seun Okin because it was presented as confidential, but he did not provide the details of the conversation.
In response, Bwala says he has given Amaechi permission to “tell the whole world,” posting that he grants him the right to publish what was said. Bwala’s position is that confidentiality should no longer prevent Amaechi from sharing the alleged information.
Amaechi has not responded to Bwala’s challenge in the reports reviewed. The exchange is presented as part of broader political rivalry and shifting alliances ahead of the 2027 election cycle.
