Multiple reports say the device uses Huawei’s Kirin XE90 PC processor and runs HarmonyOS, including HarmonyOS 6.1. The laptop features a 14.2-inch flexible OLED display with a 3.1K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Huawei markets the system with AI-driven software features and includes connectivity and productivity functions tied to its cross-device ecosystem.
In terms of variants, sources describe several editions, including standard and versions such as a Soft Light Screen option, a Privacy Screen option, and a Collector’s Edition. Pricing reported for China starts at RMB 7,999 and rises for higher-end configurations, with the Privacy Screen and Collector’s versions listed at RMB 10,299 and RMB 14,999, respectively.
Other shared specifications include dual 1080p cameras, Bluetooth 6.0, and a 54Wh battery with 66W charging support. The MateBook Pro S goes on sale in China on August 5.
