Nazara Technologies announces it will raise ₹733.5 crore through a preferential issue of equity shares, all at ₹306 per share. The company says the shares will be subscribed by founders and senior leadership from its subsidiaries, Bluetile Games and BestPlay Systems. The planned capital infusion is expected to strengthen Nazara’s balance sheet and support strategic acquisitions and growth across its gaming portfolio, including further expansion efforts.
Incoming CEO Raymond Albaladejo Stauffer is set to subscribe to shares aggregating about ₹583.5 crore. He is scheduled to assume the role of Chief Executive Officer on September 1, 2026, subject to regulatory approvals. Nazara also says other members of the Bluetile leadership team plan to invest additional amounts, including Marc Sylvester Schutze, Maxime Loppin, Alexandre Paul Jean Noirot-Cosson, Alexander Osou, and Hugo Rémy Gaston Blavin.
The announcements describe the investments by Stauffer and the leadership team as aligned with shareholder interests. Nazara’s founder and outgoing CEO Nitish Mittersain welcomes the planned subscriptions as an endorsement of the company’s platform and business progress.
