Apollo Tyres reports a sharp turnaround in its consolidated performance for the quarter ended June 2026. Multiple outlets state the company’s consolidated net profit rises to about Rs 349 crore (Rs 348.87 crore in one report), compared with roughly Rs 12.8 crore in the same quarter of the previous year. Revenue also increases: one source says revenue from operations reaches Rs 7,397.79 crore, up from Rs 6,560.76 crore a year earlier, and another highlights that revenue grows 13%. Total income for the quarter is reported at Rs 7,456.12 crore, up from Rs 6,579.65 crore year-on-year. Total expenses are stated at Rs 7,012.03 crore versus Rs 6,171.15 crore in the prior year quarter. One outlet attributes the year-on-year improvement largely to the fading effect of a one-time loss. Another source adds that the company records an exceptional expense of Rs 23.54 crore during the quarter, including an interim distribution received from IL&FS Financial Services Ltd. Separately, Apollo Tyres announces the resignation of Gaurav Kumar as Whole-time Director effective 6 August 2026, while he continues as chief financial officer for a transitional period.
