Titan Company reports strong performance in its first quarter ended 30 June 2026, with net profit rising 63% year-on-year to ₹1,777 crore, according to company results cited by outlets. NDTV says the quarter’s profit and EBITDA also beat market estimates, while revenue increased year-on-year, led by growth in the jewellery business. Free Press Journal reports consolidated total income of ₹20,753 crore for the quarter, up 40% year-on-year (excluding bullion and Digi-gold sales), and says the jewellery segment’s income, excluding bullion and Digi-gold sales, rose 43% to ₹18,253 crore. The watch business income increased 21% and the eye-care business rose 21% in the quarter, the outlet adds. Free Press Journal also states consolidated profit before tax increased 64% to ₹2,429 crore, with an adjustment described as reflecting a custom duty increase on gold. The company comments that consumer businesses grow about 40% year-on-year, and it expanded its retail presence by adding 33 net stores in India during the quarter. Overall, both reports attribute the performance to strength across consumer-led segments, particularly jewellery.
