A teenager, Zacariah Boulares, admits involvement in London robberies in which he armed himself with a large blade. The case follows an earlier incident in which he attempted to steal the phone of “Bridgerton” actress Genevieve Chenneour. According to reports, Boulares also targeted high-profile victims, including Aled Jones, who was assaulted in Chiswick, west London.
The accounts describe an ambush in which Boulares threatened Jones after taking a Rolex watch valued at about £17,000. One report says Boulares threatened to decapitate Jones. The same reporting now states that Boulares has admitted carrying out Rolex robberies while using a machete. The sources also refer to another high-profile victim, Chenneour.
