Rita Bridge reaches evacuation level at around 3 meters, while Del Rosario Bridge reaches critical level at about 2.7 meters. Kalaklan Bridge remains at warning level at roughly 2.4 meters.
By early Monday (Aug. 10), the city reports that all three bridges—Del Rosario, Sta. Rita, and Kalaklan—reach 4 meters as of about 4:30 a.m., placing them at the spilling level.
