BBNaija 11: Biggie issues final warning as Nomy receives first strike

 Nomy, a housemate in the ongoing Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) ‘Show Ya Sef’ season, has become the first contestant to receive a strike this season.   The disciplinary action was taken on Sunday evening, just moments before the live eviction show.   In an unusual move, Biggie summoned all 24 housemates to the lounge to address rising tensions within the house.   The authoritative voice of the reality show specifically called out Nomy for persistently defying instructions, before proceeding to issue her a strike.     Big Brother described the sanction as her “last and final warning,” emphasising that all rules, instructions, and corresponding punishments must be strictly adhered to. This year’s winner stands to claim a record-breaking grand prize of N160 million, the largest payout in the reality show’s history since its debut in 2006.   Flora and Aikou were recently voted as “The Gambits” of the season. This means that although they would remain in the house till the finale, they would no longer be competing for the grand prize.   Martins and Mercedes also became the first BBNaija ‘Show Ya Sef’ housemates to be evicted from the reality show.   

BBNaija Season 11 housemate Nomy has received a strike from Biggie, while the remaining housemates were issued a final warning for repeatedly disobeying the rules of the reality show.
