Alfaro scores twice as Mexico beats U.S. 2-0 to retain CONCACAF U-20 title

Mexico wins the CONCACAF U-20 Championship final 2-0 over the United States, retaining the title with two headed goals by Cristóbal Alfaro. The first goal gives Mexico the lead, and Alfaro adds a second header in the 69th minute to extend the advantage and seal the match.
