Lalithaa Jewellery Mart Ltd is set to open its initial public offering (IPO) for subscription from August 17 to August 19. The company plans to raise ₹1,700 crore in total, with an issue price band of ₹190–201 per share. At the upper end of the band, the IPO values the company at around ₹11,250 crore.

The IPO includes a fresh issue of shares worth up to ₹1,200 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of up to ₹500 crore. Business Line and Free Press Journal both state that proceeds from the fresh issue are mainly intended to support expansion of the store network, including setting up new stores, with some funds earmarked for general corporate purposes. Anchor investor bidding is scheduled for August 14. The equity shares are proposed to list on both the BSE and NSE on August 24.

Both outlets also describe the proposed allocation across investor categories, including reservations for qualified institutional buyers, non-institutional investors, and retail investors. Coverage is broadly aligned on the key commercial terms, timetable, and stated use of proceeds, without major differences in reported figures.
