Larsen & Toubro (L&T) secures a large AI data-centre order to build an NVIDIA B300-based “AI Factory” in Chennai. Multiple outlets report the facility will run on 10,000 NVIDIA B300 chips (GPUs) and is planned to be hosted at L&T’s Vyoma.AI unit at its Chennai data centre campus.

The reported contract value varies across coverage. One outlet describes the order as worth up to ₹15,000 crore, while another cites an order classification range of ₹10,000 crore to ₹15,000 crore and notes that the exact value is not disclosed. All accounts link the project to a strategic partnership with US-based Together AI. L&T and Together AI frame the move as expanding access to large-scale AI infrastructure. Some reports also detail the Chennai campus readiness, including a first phase designed around 250 megawatts and power infrastructure already prepared for 150 MVA, positioning the site for future expansion. LTN Compute is identified as the channel associated with the mega order.
