Zetwerk, a Bengaluru-based manufacturing company, files updated draft papers for an initial public offering (IPO) to raise about ₹2,600 crore. The filings are made with India’s securities regulator, SEBI, as part of the process of seeking approval for a proposed public listing.

According to one report, Zetwerk had received SEBI approval on July 10, clearing the way for the IPO. The company had earlier submitted pre-filed DRHP materials through SEBI’s confidential filing route in late March. Another outlet notes that the move comes as India’s primary market activity picks up, with several companies returning to public markets after a subdued first half.

The outlets provide largely overlapping information on the company’s filing update and the targeted fundraise size, while differing mainly in emphasis—one focuses on regulatory milestones in the SEBI process, and the other highlights broader market timing and renewed IPO activity.
