Singapore’s MRT system runs for nine consecutive months without any delay exceeding 30 minutes, the longest such streak since 2011, according to reliability data reported by the Land Transport Authority (LTA). The figures track major delays of 30 minutes or more and indicate improved performance across the network.
Both outlets note that the reliability measurements do not include the Thomson–East Coast Line (TEL), which is still under construction, extension, and system integration.
