A Picasso etching/print stolen from a Milwaukee gallery in 2018 is recovered about eight years later after a landlord finds it in a vacant, dust-covered apartment, according to recent reporting. The work is identified as “Torero” (1949). The discovery happens during a walkthrough after the unit is vacated following an eviction.
