India cuts export duties on petrol; diesel and ATF duties unchanged for Aug 15-31

In a recent announcement, the government declared a temporary removal of export levies on petrol for a duration of two weeks. However, diesel exports will incur a duty of Rs 24 per litre, while aviation turbine fuel exports will be subject to a Rs 19.5 per litre levy. This new framework is set to take effect from August 15 and will last until August 31.
