Accord Party wins at former Osun State Deputy Governor Senator Iyiola Omisore’s polling unit in the ongoing governorship election, according to vote counts shared by two outlets. Both reports say Accord finishes first, while the All Progressives Congress (APC) comes second.
Vanguard reports that at Omisore’s polling unit, Accord records 131 votes, APC records 85 votes, and ADC gets 10 votes, with other parties receiving marginal figures. Daily Post Nigeria similarly states that Accord defeats APC at Polling Unit 003, Ife Ward 1, at Moore, St. Gabriel Primary School, using results displayed on the Independent National Electoral Commission’s Result Viewing portal (IReV).
