Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education has started registration for the SSC and HSC examinations 2027. Students are asked to review the schedule, fee periods, and instructions before submitting their examination forms.

According to the reported notice, regular registration runs from August 14 to October 31, 2026, with late fees applying from November 1 to 15, 2026. An extra late fee window is also scheduled from November 16 to 30, 2026. Outlets also note that forms are submitted through schools or junior colleges rather than directly by students, and that regular SSC and HSC candidates use the SARAL system.

The process includes institutional steps: junior colleges are required to update their profiles and provide details to the concerned divisional board. After form submission, colleges access a pre-list via their login, where students verify details and provide signatures. The head or principal signs each page of the pre-list and affixes the required seal, and discrepancies must be reported to authorities.
