CBSE has opened the online application window for Class 10 students to request verification of marks and/or re-evaluation of answers for 2026. According to the board’s notice dated August 5, 2026, the facility starts on August 16, 2026 and remains available until August 19, 2026. The process is for candidates who have received a scanned copy of their evaluated answer book.

The board allows applications for students from both the Class 10 Main Board and Second Board examinations in 2026. Fees are Rs 300 per answer book for verification of marks and Rs 100 per question for re-evaluation, including all sub-questions. CBSE specifies that re-evaluation is conducted for a full question, not part of a question, and applicants must provide details and, for re-evaluation, the reasons for the request. NDTV reports that the application link is active and reiterates that students can apply online by paying the required fees. Both sources describe an online-only process with no applications accepted after the deadline.
