Multiple outlets report that the page quickly amasses followers—about 1.6–1.7 lakh within roughly a day—before being removed or suspended. The account’s operators are not publicly identified.
Accounts that describe the page’s activity say it was created this month, and at least one handle referenced on the page later appears to indicate it was suspended, alongside a message that it would return and that users should watch an official page. The social media campaign is also described as resembling an earlier effort linked to the CJP. Separately, the remarks by Modi trigger a political dispute, with opposition figures and government ministers trading statements about the meaning and target of the “dimagi Naxal” label, including criticism of how it was applied in public posts.
