Augmont Enterprises Ltd is set to launch an initial public offering (IPO) on August 21, aiming to raise ₹825 crore. The company has fixed the price band for its equity shares at ₹750 to ₹788. The IPO includes a fresh issue of shares worth ₹620 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of shares worth ₹205 crore by promoters.
The company schedules anchor investor bidding for August 20 and the public issue to close on August 25. At the upper end of the price band, Augmont estimates a post-issue market capitalisation of about ₹7,200 crore. In its stated plans, the IPO proceeds are primarily intended to support future working capital needs, including procurement and expansion of inventory and related margin requirements, along with general corporate purposes.
Both outlets report the same core deal structure and pricing details, with their coverage closely aligned on the IPO date, size, and the composition between fresh issuance and promoter OFS. The company also intends to list on both BSE and NSE on August 31.
