Maharashtra’s State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell has released the second B.Architecture Centralised Admission Process (CAP) allotment list for 2026-27, offering admission opportunities to 728 new students. The list is based on the second round of participation by 2,007 candidates.
Of those, 893 students are allotted a college among their first three preferences under the Auto Freeze category. Separately, first-round figures included 1,183 students who complete admission by reporting to their colleges, while 970 choose the betterment option in the subsequent round. Sources also note that students allotted under Auto Freeze must accept the institute; declining a seat removes eligibility for later CAP rounds and moves them to the next institutional round.
Reporting and next steps are time-bound. Students allotted in the second round must report to their colleges and complete document submission and fee payment between August 18 and August 20, 2026. Provisional vacancies for the third round are scheduled to be published on August 21, 2026, with subsequent admission stages following that release.
