An upper St Andrew medical doctor, Chloe Douett, pleads guilty to her involvement in an alleged mortgage loan and real estate fraud scheme, court officials say. Douett, 30, of Cherry Gardens, enters the plea in the St Catherine Circuit Court on an eight-count indictment.
