Larsen & Toubro (L&T) buys 2.08 crore units of Nxt-Infra Trust for about ₹199 crore through an open-market transaction, according to NSE bulk deal data reported by multiple outlets. The purchase is executed on Tuesday, with the units bought at an average price of ₹95.33 each.

Following the transaction, Nxt-Infra Trust shares trade higher on the NSE, with one report citing a gain of about 1.03% to around ₹98 per unit on Wednesday. The deal involves other parties selling units as well; Free Press Journal reports that A K Capital Finance sells more than 2.10 crore units at the same price, bringing the total traded value to roughly ₹200.67 crore.

The outlets describe the transaction similarly, but differ in detail. One outlet provides additional context on Nxt-Infra Trust as a SEBI-registered InvIT sponsored by Actis Highway Infra Ltd and notes that other buyers’ identities are not clearly disclosed on the exchange. Another outlet’s coverage is brief and focuses on L&T increasing its exposure to the InvIT via the transaction.
