Catherine Zeta-Jones’ upcoming revenge thriller series “Kill Jackie” sets a premiere date of October 2. Prime Video will release all eight episodes on that date in the U.K., Ireland, Netherlands, Turkey, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg and Canada, according to one report.
In the United States, AMC+ has also scheduled the series to premiere on Friday, October 2. Deadline reports that AMC+ releases the series that day and shares new key art. Both outlets describe “Kill Jackie” as a Catherine Zeta-Jones–led project, with her starring and executive producing.
The series is based on the novel “The Price You Pay,” written by Nick Harkaway under the name Aidan Truhen, Deadline adds. While the outlets agree on the core release timing and Zeta-Jones’ involvement, they emphasize different platforms and territories—Prime Video internationally versus AMC+ in the U.S.—and mention promotional materials in the case of AMC+.
