Dr Yogendra Jaiswal was reportedly explaining the patient's condition and the proposed treatment when the relative allegedly became agitated and entered into an argument with the doctor.CCTV captures alleged assaultAs the situation began to escalate, the patient reportedly intervened and asked the relative to leave the cabin. However, according to the complaint, the same person returned to the doctor's cabin a short while later and allegedly assaulted Dr Jaiswal.The sudden altercation created panic inside the hospital. Hospital staff intervened and managed to bring the situation under control. The entire incident was reportedly captured on CCTV cameras installed inside the hospital.The Kolsewadi police have taken cognisance of the incident and begun investigating the circumstances leading to the alleged assault.
