Alumni from the 2001–2003 academic batch of International School of Business & Media (ISB&M), Nande, reunite nearly 25 years after completing their studies. At the event, former students look back on how the institute influenced their confidence, leadership and professional paths, describing ISB&M as their “first startup” and recalling lessons in working with limited resources and taking ownership.

The alumni also pledge continued support for the institution and its students. They say they are contributing through mechanisms such as placements, workshops, lectures, guest sessions and industry-oriented initiatives, along with occasional financial support for specific activities. They advise current students to build practical skills, show perseverance and consider entrepreneurship alongside employment, urging them to become “job creators” rather than only “job seekers.”

Outlets present the same core message, with one focusing more on the alumni’s reflections and recommendations for students, while another adds additional event details, including attendance by ISB&M Founder-President Dr Pramod Kumar and a list of prominent alumni and dignitaries.
