South Korean machine tool company DN Solutions opens its first manufacturing plant in India in Bengaluru. The new facility is announced as an investment of ₹600 crore and represents the company’s first overseas manufacturing expansion beyond its existing operations.

The plant is located in Bengaluru’s ITIR (International Tech Park?) Industrial Area and spans about 25 acres. Sources describe it as a multi-purpose hub that combines manufacturing with research and development and service activities.

The outlets also link the move to DN Solutions’ earlier international footprint. They state the Bengaluru plant is the company’s first overseas manufacturing investment since it established its Yantai facility in China in 2003, positioning the Indian site as a new regional base for production and support. The coverage is broadly consistent on the investment size, location, land area, and the company’s prior overseas plant history, with emphasis on “manufacturing, R&D and service hub” in one report.
