Nvidia has agreed to acquire Hugging Face, an open-source repository and platform for AI models, according to multiple reports. The deal is reported to be valued at about $13 billion.
Hugging Face is widely used by developers to find, share, and deploy machine-learning models, particularly those built with open ecosystems.
