Geely launches its all-electric Riddara double-cab bakkie in South Africa and begins sales following final pricing announcements. South African outlets report that the vehicle’s prices start at R611,900, with model variants offering different performance levels.
Sources also agree the Riddara is offered only as a battery-electric vehicle at this stage. The range includes three variants, with power outputs reported across the lineup from 180kW up to 315kW. While one outlet focuses on the pricing and compares it to established fuel-powered double-cab models, the other emphasizes that customers no longer face uncertainty about when the vehicle will be priced and offered.
