Reports also describe real-time match updates, supported by app interface elements such as widgets and Live Activities, which can surface ongoing information without requiring the user to open the app.
In addition, Apple Sports is said to include one-tap access to related content on Apple TV, connecting the mobile experience to watching on the television.
