Robinhood Chain’s decentralized exchange activity is rising sharply, with reports citing record levels of daily DEX volume. Decrypt says total trading volume on the network’s Ethereum layer-2 is about $1.6 billion, noting a 61% jump over a short period.
The Block reports the chain hits a daily record of roughly $989 million, also in August, and links the strength to growth in total value locked (TVL). It adds that market demand appears to favor certain “utility” tokens over memecoins, suggesting changes in what traders are prioritizing on the DEX.
Across the accounts, there is agreement that liquidity and on-chain trading on Robinhood Chain are expanding quickly. The differences are mainly in the specific metrics emphasized—one outlet highlights a larger overall volume figure and Ethereum layer-2 framing, while the other focuses on a near-$1 billion daily peak and the accompanying TVL growth and token mix.
