Tropical Storm Pilandok (international name: Krovanh) exits the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) early Thursday morning, according to PAGASA, the state weather bureau. In its 5 a.m. forecast, a PAGASA weather specialist says the storm leaves the PAR as of 4:30 a.m. It is last estimated to be about 1,030 kilometers east-northeast of Extreme Northern Luzon as of 4 a.m.
