Samsung starts rolling out a One UI 9 Watch beta update for the Galaxy Watch7 and Galaxy Watch Ultra. The beta follows a similar release that began last week for the Galaxy Watch8 and Galaxy Watch8 Classic, and it is based on Wear OS 7.
According to reports, the update brings a refreshed user interface, new widgets, and additional health-related capabilities. It includes support for features such as an Antioxidant Index and Vascular Load. One outlet notes that in the United States, Blood Pressure Trend is used instead of those particular features, indicating region-specific functionality.
The beta is reported to be available first in South Korea. Other regions, including the US, may follow depending on Samsung’s rollout schedule. The update is described as a large download (about 1.9GB) and includes specific firmware versioning, with the exact rollout details varying by market.
