A wealth manager, Nabila Habiby, is set to be sentenced after she is accused of stealing footballer Edgar Davids’ art collection and then failing to appear in court.
According to reports, Habiby allegedly obtained loans totalling £31,500 secured against 37 artworks belonging to Davids. The articles say Davids provided her with keys to his home in Hadley Wood, Hertfordshire, after which the artwork was reportedly taken and the loans were arranged.
