Former Tata Technologies CEO and managing director Patrick Raymon McGoldrick sells Tata Technologies shares worth about ₹165 crore through block deals on the BSE, according to the reports. The sale involves 21 lakh shares sold in four tranches at an average price of ₹785 per share, totaling ₹164.85 crore.
After the transaction, McGoldrick’s stake in the Pune-based global product engineering and digital services company falls to 0.62%, from 1.13%, as the sale trims his holding by about 0.51%.
