Nigeria’s opposition Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) says it has nominated governorship candidates for the 28 states expected to hold governorship elections at the 2027 general elections. The NDC says its national leadership is fully covered across all 28 states and frames the clarification as a response to circulating misinformation.
