Police in Bauchi State arrest a 20-year-old man, Isiyaku Usman, over allegations that he sexually assaulted a seven-year-old girl in Darazo Local Government Area. Both reports say the suspect allegedly lures the child into an uncompleted building, where the assault takes place.
